Returns & Exchange Policy
Every KAARI Co. piece is handmade with care. Because of the personal nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, we accept exchanges or replacements under these conditions:
➤ Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
➤ Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. This must clearly show the unopened package being opened, revealing the damage or error.
• Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process exchanges for damage claims.

Non-Returnable Items
• Custom orders, personalized pieces, or sale items are not eligible for return.

• Email or DM us with your order details, unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.
• We will review and assist you with the next step.
